David Grider

David Grider is our Senior Vice President of Wholesale Lending.  His primary responsibilities are business development, sales staff training and leading the company’s branding efforts to gain exposure in the marketplace.  In addition, he is responsible for sustaining quality service levels by managing Sales Managers and Account Executives.  Mr. Grider brings 33 years of experience and is the most tenured sales team member at HomeXpress Mortgage.  Prior to HomeXpress, he has served many roles in the mortgage industry including Regional Vice President, Internal Auditor, Compliance Trainer and Senior Account Executive.  David holds a Bachelors Degree in Accounting from Saint Martins University in Lacey, WA.
