- HomeXpress Mortgage Corp follows all USPAP/regulatory appraisal statues
- Broker owned or operated Appraisal Management Companies (AMC) are not allowed
- Appraisals are valid up to 120 days from completion
- Appraisals older than 120 days will require a re- certification of value
- Appraisals older than 180 days are not valid and will not be accepted
- Order an appraisal with a HomeXpress preferred AMC (click below)

The hardest part about brokering a loan is deciding which lender to send the file to. Many lenders make promises, but who can deliver. I took a chance on HomeXpress and I'm glad I did. I had a really tough deal with a borrower who owned multiple companies and purchasing a new construction for nearly $2MM. Everything needed to work in order to meet this tight closing deadline of 7 days. Jodi is an incredible AE, she dug in and was incredible to work with. Cierra was all over it!!! What I loved is that everybody does their part and many of the conditions were cleared within hours of submitting them. Latiena did a fast job and I loved how everyone followed up and stayed on top of things. I really felt like everyone was all in and I was apart of the team immediately. I submitted the full file on a Thursday and it was cleared to close on Tuesday before Noon! The UW was responsive and reviewed with a make sense mindset and successful reviewed and cleared this file in record time. What an excellent file and team!
