HomeXpress Mortgage Corp assigns each company phone number to a specific employee. Employees use these numbers for one-to-one text conversations with business contacts such as mortgage brokers, title and escrow partners, and vendors. Messages relate to loan files in progress, scheduling, and document requests, and every message is typed manually by the employee. HomeXpress does not send marketing text messages, bulk text messages, or automated text messages through this program.
