HomeXpress Appraisal Policy

  • HomeXpress Mortgage Corp follows all USPAP/regulatory appraisal statutes
  • Broker-owned or operated Appraisal Management Companies (AMC) are not allowed
  • Appraisals are valid up to 120 days from completion
  • Appraisals older than 120 days will require a re-certification of value
  • Appraisals older than 180 days are not valid and will not be accepted
In an effort to better serve our valued brokers please be advised when an approved HomeXpress Mortgage AMC is selected, the appraisal will be submitted directly to the HomeXpress Mortgage appraisal desk and the review process will begin. Brokers and processors will not need to satisfy appraisal conditions. The AMC will provide a copy of all documents received to the email address on the appraisal order.
