Our new PremierX program is designed specifically for top-tier clients who bring strong credit and significant loan balances to the table. PremierX offers our most aggressive pricing to date. This program requires a minimum FICO score of 720 for all borrowers. A minimum loan amount of $400,000 and the max DTI allowed is 45%. PremierX also requires 6 months reserves. Don’t let your best clients settle for standard rates. Give them the PremierX edge and secure their financing with the speed, ease, and convenience they deserve.
PrimeX
Our PrimeX program is appropriate for borrowers who nearly qualified for a traditional home loan. This is one of our most popular Non-QM loans. We offer some of the lowest rates on this program, with loan amounts up to $4,000,000. Requiring a minimum FICO score of 660 and including more flexible forbearance guidelines, your borrowers can qualify with full documentation or alternative documents such as bank statements.
CoreX
CoreX is our basic Non-QM loan solution. This program provides Non-QM loans to borrowers who may be facing additional challenges in securing a home loan. A minimum FICO credit score of 600 is required with more flexible forbearance guidelines. Borrowers may qualify for this program with full or alternative documentation. Available for both owner occupied and non-owner occupied properties. Financed discount points, cash out, and profit and loss only are also available for these preferred Non-QM loans.
Prime Jumbo
Prime Jumbo loans help borrowers who need a higher loan amount than what conforming products can offer.
Government
FHA and VA loans can be great solutions for First Time Home Buyers or those that have limited funds for a down payment.
Agency
We offer both Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac loans. We are the perfect choice for your loans that need some TLC to close. In addition, we also offer Prime JumboXpress AUS and Agency N/O/O AUS.
